ROVINHUD

ROVINHUD Special - local varieties

Did you hear about Şarbă, Plăvaie, Mustoasă de Măderat, Fetească Albă, Fetească Regală, Frâncușă, Zghihară, Crâmpoșie Selecționată, Novac, Băbească Neagră, Negru de Drăgășani, Fetească Neagră?

In this special edition, we focus on local varieties because it is important to show the local grape varieties which cannot be found in other countries and which give uniqueness to Romania.

And because ROVINHUD is also a bit about Hungarian wines, there will also be a table with Furmint, Kékfrankos, Zenit and the well-known dessert wines: Szamorodni and Aszú, but you can taste as well the typical red blend for the Eger region: Bikavér.

We will have masterclasses about local varieties where you will be able to ask questions directly to the winemakers, and we will end the evening with a four-hand gourmet dinner paired only with local varieties from the 2 countries.

And because ROVINHUD is about wine and supporting people in need, this event's profit will be used for an emergency fund for disabled children who need urgent and unforeseen financial support.

A day dedicated to local varieties, because that's what makes us unique, and to children with disabilities because it's so cool to help while enjoying quality wines.
