I was delighted to be invited to this pioneering wine show in Timisoara, because it gives me an excellent opportunity to learn more about the things that happen in the Romanian wines domain, but also to support such a agreat cause. It will be my first visit to Romania - it was time to do it.

I heard very good things about the first edition of ROVINHUD Salon so I'm very glad I can participate in the second. Romania is producing more and more exciting wines, which deserve to be popularized. I'm glad to share some of my experience, but at the same time to learn. And all for a good cause!

I'm in the wine bussiness for over 20 years, even though my basic job is from a very different field. Wine brings us all together. Shared experience, company, learning, culture, aesthetics, culinary joy - all this is found in a glass of wine consumed not just for direct effects. Timisoara is a new ??? child-wonder ??? because of those unique moments and that's why I'm glad I could be there.

Romania is a country with a long tradition of wine production and I think there are a lot of interesting things going on there. I would like to explore, to discover more and to taste as many wines as I can, so I am delighted with the prospect of my first visit to Romania.

I took part in the first edition of the ROVINHUD Salon and I was impressed by the excellent level of masterclasses, wines, as well as the flawless organization of the event. It is a great honor for me to attend this year again, but this time as a guest. Romania's wines have grown in a spectacular quality in recent years and, fortunately, their presentation to the general public follows the same evolution.

I have never been serious about serious topics like wine, and at the same time I have allowed myself to fly solemnly on topics that are considered trivial by some, such as wine education. At the ROVINHUD Salon, which is one of the most important events in the field of wine promotion, I will deal with some difficult topics such as acidity, residual sugar, minerality and complexity.
